By creating an online profile in our E-recruitment system you wil be able to

  1. Create your own personal account for future visits.

  2. Return to view and update your personal history from at any time.

  3. Apply to more than one vacancy notice.

  4. Monitor the status of vacancy notices for which you have applied.

  5. Receive e-mail correspondence (notifications) about vacancy notices for which you have applied.

Receipt of online applications will be confirmed via the email address you have provided. The email is not official confirmation of your application, only the vacancy appearing in your list of applications is proof and confirmation.

To view the status of all applications from your profile please follow the following steps

  1. Select Employment Oppurtunities.

  2. Select My Applications.

  3. A list of all the applications that you have made will be displayed and the status of each application.

  1. Access the E-recruitment application by clicking the following link Create Profile

  2. Click Register.

  3. Enter all the required information, note use your personal E-mail address for which you have access to since any system generated E-mails will be sent to this E-mail.

  4. Choose a good Username and Password that you can easily remember.

  5. Confirm that you accept our data privacy statement by checking the Yes, I have read the data privacy statement and I accept it.

  6. Click Register button, if their are no errors an E-mail will be sent to you asking you to confirm your registration. Please click the link and your registration will be confirmed, you can then procede to creating your profile.

  1. Access the E-recruitment application by using the username and password you created.

  2. Select Employment Oppurtunities on the top of the page.

  3. Start your search, please do not change anything in the search criteria.

  4. Select the job you want to apply for.

  5. Complete the application wizard, note the cover letter and Questionaires are mandatory so please ensure that you provide them.

  6. Complete and Send the application.

  7. An Email will be sent to the registered E-mail address confirming the recipt of your application.

Note, if you do not recieve an email confirmation please check under My applications to confirm that the application has been captured in the database.

  1. Access the E-recruitment application by using the username and password you created.

  2. Select Employment Oppurtunities on the top of the page.

  3. Select my applications. A list of all applications you have succesfully applied for will be listed

No you can use the same profile to apply for multiple positions. However note if you update the profile the lastest information you will be the one used to shortlist.

  1. From the logon page select Forgot password.

  2. Provide the E-mail you used to register and click Send Password

  3. The password will be sent to you via E-mail.Copy (THE WHOLE LINE BUT NOT THE LAST FULL STOP).

    this will be the new password you will use when prompted to provide the new password.

Please ensure your documents that you want to upload are less than 2MB.

Yes please access the old system through the following link.

No during the changing of the recruitment system there was no profile migration done, you will have to create a new profile in the new system in order to apply for positions advertised in the new E-recruitment system.
